What We Do?

1. Power Plant Detail Engineering Services by adopting ISO 9001: 2015 System:

  • Based on ASME B31.1, B31.3 standards & IBR codes
  • Adopting other applicable codes and standards and good engineering practices.

2. 3D Model:

  • We adopt applicable 3D software for plant detail engineering services, wherever required.
  • We review customer projects by using relevant software to reduce re-work, minimise surprises during erection of the plant & reduce cycle time of project execution.

3. Third Party Review of Piping Systems:

  • Review / audit of the critical piping systems stress analysis and support engineering which are designed by other engineering service providers to ensure that the customers’ requirements are adhered.

4. Piping Stress / Flexibility Analysis:

  • We carryout piping stress / flexibility analysis of critical piping systems to ensure that the code compliance of ASME B31.1 / B31.3 and other customer specific requirements are met.
  • By this process, we ensure that the piping loads acting on rotating equipment nozzles are well within the allowable as per the OEM requirements or NEEMA SM23, API 610 etc.

5. Design of Critical Piping Supports:

  • Design piping supports for critical piping ranging from 1 MW to 800MW. We use piping supports suppliers’ software, wherever required. We carryout clash checks by using customers 3D model to reduce rework during erection..
  • Carryout reverse engineering of ‘As-built’ isometrics for critical piping systems. This helps for piping stress analysis and digitization of the documentation.
  • Carry out ‘Cold-walk’ survey, ‘Hot-walk’ survey and recommend necessary recommend necessary modifications for the reliability of the piping systems. We adhere to the safety standards during our inspection.

6. Field Services:

  • support the clients during de-blocking of newly erected critical piping supports and for the replacement of the existing supports, if any.
